What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
How are appointments for estimates scheduled?
Appointments are scheduled for Monday-Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., as available.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. Appointments for free estimates are generally available within 48 hours from the time you request an estimate.
Are you insured?
We are a fully insured company with both general liability and workers' compensation coverage.
Is your work guaranteed?
Labor and material is guaranteed for one year from completion of a project.
Are references available?
References are available upon request.
Do you recycle your material?
We recycle all concrete and ashphalt material removed from each job site.
Do you provide concrete services in the winter months?
All concrete work must be done when the temperature is above 32ƒ. All other services are performed throughout the year.
Are deposits required?
Generally, there is NO deposit required on projects under $10,000.
Will my property be protected from concrete trucks and other equipment?
Yes. We use a Bobcat to remove and install all material, including concrete. No heavy equipment is used directly on your property.
Are you affiliated with any industry organizations?
We are an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, and an associate member of the Home Builder Association of Louisville.
